“Flamenca” Style Eggs

- 4 slices turkey
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 Potatoes (cut into cubes)
- ½ cup of peas
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 5 Tomatoes (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Heat the vegetable oil, saute onion, peppers, potatoes, peas and garlic for about 5 minutes.
