“Flamenca” Style Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Bimbo® Flaxseed Bread
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 slices turkey
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 Potatoes (cut into cubes)
  • ½ cup of peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 5 Tomatoes (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Heat the vegetable oil, saute onion, peppers, potatoes, peas and garlic for about 5 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Place in invididual casserole Place a slice of turkey and crack two eggs per pot. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes or until the egg is cooked. 

Serve casseroles accompanied by  Bimbo® Flaxseed Bread.
