Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1 Package Bimbo Roles de Canela (Cinnamon Rolls)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 eggs
3 large cans of corn, drained
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons margarine to grease cake pan
Flour (as needed)
Sweetened condensed milk to taste

PREPARATION

1. Mix corn, eggs, melted butter and vanilla in the blender.
2. Finely crumble the Bimbo Roles de Canela, add baking powder and combine with the corn mixture. Let soak for a few minutes.
3. Slowly, add sweetened condensed milk to the mixture to taste. Set aside.
4. Grease a pan with margarine and flour.
5. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 338°F for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes and serve.

TIP: For a more natural flavor, make this recipe with fresh corn from six cobs.
